Automatic Top Sheet Dispenser

This PLC controlled top sheet dispenser is designed to automatically place and hold a top sheet on a pallet of product while the pallet is being stretch wrapped. Upon completion of stretch wrapping, the system returns to a magazine to retrieve another top sheet and waits for a signal indicating that another pallet is in position. 

Cycle Rate - 75 pallets per hour 

Custom designed to automatically : 

• pick up a top sheet (approximately 36" x 44" x .021) from a magazine 
• rotate 120° over to the waiting pallet 
• lower the properly oriented slip sheet onto the pallet of product
• send a signal to the PLC controlled stretch wrap machine to begin wrapping 
• release the slip sheet when wrapping is complete and repeat the process 
  
  Accommodates Pallets with heights ranging from 40" to 60"
  
  Provides built-in alarm for : 
• empty magazine 
• sheet loss in transfer 
• time out alarm
