Custom Pick-and-Place Systems

• feed the product into the machine
• dispense parts from magazines
• position the parts under custom pick & place units
• pick up the parts and transfer them over the produc
• insert them into pre-drilled holes
• insert additional parts as required from additional custom magazines
• remove the product from the machine and transfer it 90° to a pick-up/inspection area

Custom designed to automatically :

• pick up a slip sheet from a magazine

• rotate approximately 100 degrees until the sheet is centered over a loaded pallet

• lower the slip sheet onto the pallet

• send a signal to a PLC controlled stretch wrap machine to begin wrapping

• release the slip sheet and repeat the process
